It's A Bird, It's A Plane, It's Super Frank

While it may appear that Franklin is simply napping, he is actually hard at work preparing for his upcoming role in Super Frank, the movie. The complex plot features Franklin flying over the neighborhood, wearing a cape (for which Clifford is very jealous), performing heroic acts that only a superhero could perform. One scene required Franklin to swoop in, lift Louise and carry her to safety. Unfortunately that scene had to be edited, the reason too obvious to mention.
